We found it to be a very professional & pleasant place to do business. Our sales person, Michelle Nelson, was very knowledgeable about our 2018 Rav4 Hybrid Limited which we traded for the same vehicle from do business. Our sales person, Michelle Nelson, was very knowledgeable about our 2018 Rav4 Hybrid Limited which we traded for the same vehicle from 2023 that we purchased. She was also very knowledgeable about the 2023 Rav4 Hybrid Limited and was able to give a good starting lesson about our vehicle. I rate this dealer as excellent. Michelle Nelson was gracious throughout the process and well informed. I can say it was a nice experience working and getting to know Michelle, she made the process a pleasant with little stress. Michelle was AMAZING. I first dealt with her on-line when I inquired about a 2023 Toyota Highlander. When I stressed my concern of never owning/driving a Toyota before I I first dealt with her on-line when I inquired about a 2023 Toyota Highlander. When I stressed my concern of never owning/driving a Toyota before I did not feel comfortable of just buying one on-line. Michelle had me come in and test drive one. Michelle made me feel very comfortable when buying my vehicle, there was no pressure at all. A miracle also happened, and she was able to get me a Hybrid vs all gas when the waiting period was 10-12 months for a hybrid. Michelle was great, I look forward to keeping in contact with her. I don't have a problem buying my next vehicle from her!!!! My whole experience buying the vehicle, including dealing with the finance department was exceptional. I was worried about buying a vehicle on-line, but Michelle/finance department made it very easy!! More
