Was especially impressed with Michelle Redmon and her client experience impact. I was kept up to date on my car's progress. Although I brought the car in for a couple of minor issues, the service depar client experience impact. I was kept up to date on my car's progress. Although I brought the car in for a couple of minor issues, the service department discovered I was in need of some very important brake attention and Michelle was able to provide the information I needed to address my car's safety. I got progress updates from Michelle and all was completed while I was able to work in the waiting area. We have been purchasing from Wayne Ford since 1998 and keep coming back even though we moved another 30 minutes south! More

Sales, Federico is an excellent sales person, didn’t waste time when we purchased our truck. There were added features on the vehicle that were not expected for the investment. Thank You Federico!
