I recently purchased a Mustang from a non-Ford dealer, and I knew I wanted a warranty on the car. A family friend told me about Ford's Extended Service Plan, so before purchasing the car I called Wayne Fo and I knew I wanted a warranty on the car. I was connected to Jaime Concepcion, and I can truthfully say that I have never experienced customer service like the kind he delivers! He truly went above and beyond to guide me through the warranty coverage, make me feel at ease, and ensure that the selling dealer didn't rip me off. He's a sterling example of an employee who genuinely cares about the customers he works with, and I am so excited to continue working with him in the future! More
