Worst experience ever. Dealer had car for 2 days to take care of a facfory defect and did not offer a loaner vehicle. They said ford does not reimburse them unless I bought truck there. Wayne Ford is my new home for car maintenance and service. I’ve been to other Fords, and none of them were as attentive and accommodating. In spite of the delay from the delivery of parts, they facil service. I’ve been to other Fords, and none of them were as attentive and accommodating. In spite of the delay from the delivery of parts, they facilitated me a loaner car. Everyone is great and helpful, especially Michelle!!!! More
