Michelle is a wonderful sales agent ... She was able to put us in a nice new car as we were going to purchase a Rav 4. She saved us about 200 a month in payments plus put us in a way nicer car than the Rav put us in a nice new car as we were going to purchase a Rav 4. She saved us about 200 a month in payments plus put us in a way nicer car than the Rav 4 she is very comfortable to work with and was determined to have us drive off in the new car it was a success I will always recommend Nick Nicholas Michelle and the team. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for the time, care, empathy and genuine caring of Michelle. After a horrible experience at another dealer she instantly developed rapport, worked with us well abo care, empathy and genuine caring of Michelle. The car was detailed to perfection and was impressed with the extra effort to " disinfect" it prior to delivery. Great Vehicle, Price Was Tampered With My bottom line should have been $18,500.00 out the door. The Finance Mgr. charged me for the tag transfer and renewal so the bottom line was $18,543.5 My bottom line should have been $18,500.00 out the door. The Finance Mgr. charged me for the tag transfer and renewal so the bottom line was $18,543.50. That $43.50 should have come out of the dealer profit. Dealerships always find a way to make more gross on a deal. The only way I would feel good about this deal is to receive a check for $43.50. Its not a big deal, but that isnt the price I agreed on. I almost got up and walked out. The salesperson wrote the Buyers Order at $18,500.00 out the door which was the correct price I agreed on. More
