The most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’m a lady of a “certain” age and I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. That said, I want to sincerely thank Michelle and Dan at Nick Nicholas F I’m a lady of a “certain” age and I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. That said, I want to sincerely thank Michelle and Dan at Nick Nicholas Ford who both went above and beyond my expectations during the sales process. From the moment I met Michelle on the phone, until we hugged good bye as I was getting ready to drive away in my new 2019 Edge, there was not a moment where I found myself unhappy. Michelle took care of every possible detail to assure me that I would be satisfied and I appreciate that very much. When I went to meet Dave to sign the contracts, again, there was not a surprise or uncomfortable feeling. He had all of the paperwork ready and explained the entire packet to me.
