Worked with Michelle, she was amazing! I had to come from out of town to pick up the new car. My experience at other dealers was that you get there, sign a few papers then wait for hours. I arrived, she took my trade, all documents were prepared which I signed then left. 30 minutes total. Very pleased with the experience. More

Finally Found the Right Car Michelle could not have been nicer to deal with. She knows her product, is patient and will go to extraordinary lengths to help. Everyone I dealt wit Michelle could not have been nicer to deal with. She knows her product, is patient and will go to extraordinary lengths to help. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I did not experience any of the problems normally associated with buying a car. I was treated with respect and never once felt like I was being 'sold' something. Would definitely recommend Nick Nicholas to anyone looking for a vehicle. How fortunate we are to have a local dealership that treats customers so fairly and professionally. Thanks again to Michelle and Bill. Great car buying experience. I did feel that local management could have been more proactive in finding out why the error so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Sixteen weeks was a long time to wait for a special order vehicle. But nice to have a Ford dealer close to home. We've had minor issues over the past 18 years having to do with advertised prices not being accurate, a problem with an oil fill cap not replaced after an oil change, and a body repair estimate that was way off the mark for no good reason. Overall though, not a bad place to do business. More
