Best car buying experience I've ever had I've always hated the car-buying experience -- from the silly mind games that the salesperson and financial manager play (don't they know we see right I've always hated the car-buying experience -- from the silly mind games that the salesperson and financial manager play (don't they know we see right through them??) to the ridiculous amount of time the whole process takes (seriously, 3+ hours to purchase my fourth car from the same dealership I've been leasing from for the past ten years??), it's always been a nightmare. Not this time. Bob F. (sales) and Michelle W. (Finance) were absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to lease or buy a MINI. More

Ridiculous I brought my 2017 mini in for its yearly service. I was told that a year old car with 8,000 miles on it needs 4 new tires. And you were going to charg I brought my 2017 mini in for its yearly service. I was told that a year old car with 8,000 miles on it needs 4 new tires. And you were going to charge $200 for an Alignment. Put decent tires on a car before a customer purchases a vehicle from your dealership. This is totally unacceptable that tires need to be replaced after 8000 miles. More

JCW Dinan Tune Excellent service. Installation was done on time and completed earlier than expected. Traveling from out of town, I was provided a loaner vehicle at Excellent service. Installation was done on time and completed earlier than expected. Traveling from out of town, I was provided a loaner vehicle at no charge, and was able to spend the day conducting business in NYC. My Customer Service Rep Nick Falvo was accommodating and informative. Special xxxxxxgo out to Sales Rep Michelle who spent unscheduled time with me during a random stop at the dealership on a previous business trip. She had insights into JCW performance tuning that I did not get at other dealerships. More
