Mini of Ramsey did as much as possible through online services prior to my appointment to test drive the car. Michelle Wright was fantastic! She was texting back and forth with me for a few days to arrange everything and clarify details. She worked around my overnight work schedule and even made a trip to her mother's because her internet had gone down, I am so very appreciative to her help throughout. By the time I'd arrived at the dealership, all that was left to do was test drive, sign paperwork and arrange insurance coverage through a phone call to Geico. They cleaned the car, applied the temporary plates and registration, gave me all the information about how to inspect the car and extensions upon deadlines for inspection due to the pandemic. I drove my car home that day and to work the next night. Highly recommend them, they're all very straight forward, no catches, no extra chit chat, they just want to help you get the car you like. Everyone answers emails, texts, and phone calls to provide the help you need, even after purchase. More
