I leased a '13 Corolla LE with Mickey at the end of August--he made it easy to trade in my used Corolla & walk out w/a new one! :) He was patient and genuine and helped me find the perfect car for my b August--he made it easy to trade in my used Corolla & walk out w/a new one! :) He was patient and genuine and helped me find the perfect car for my budget and circumstances. I had purchased my first Toyota with Elgin Toyota and hated that experience--the experience at Continental Toyota in comparison to Elgin is like night and day. The staff here, including Mickey are amazing. As long as I continue owning/leasing a Toyota, I will continue to make Continental Toyota my location of choice! More

Went for the Costco Price. When picked up auto, Went for the Costco Price. When picked up auto, seemed mostly interested in my phone number and address rather than demonstrating the features of Went for the Costco Price. LATER discovered omitted any data on the warranty that I'd paid for (service intervals, etc) and did not activate the equivalent of On Star, but I get a bill now 1 year later. Pretty facility. More

I drove out to Continental Toyota on 9/3/2009 to purchase a 2008 Corolla I saw online. When I saw the car, I realized that the color (white) was not for me. My salesperson Mickey was understanding and did no a 2008 Corolla I saw online. When I saw the car, I realized that the color (white) was not for me. My salesperson Mickey was understanding and did not try to pressure me to buy this car. There was no "what if I can save you a little, would you buy it" or any other crap like that. Instead he showed me a brand new 2010 Corolla in red, told me all the improvements they made in the 2009 model year, and that there was 0% financing on the 2010. He was very knowledgable, gave me a great price (even though it was the only Corolla in stock), and truly seemed to want my business. All of the people in the dealership seemed friendly...many came to say hello and asked if I was being helped out. The salesmanager (Joe)did not hide from me, he introduced himself right away, and then he must have ok'd the price I wanted which was fair. I know the dealership is in business to make money, but I received a nice discount, and was very happy! I will drive 24 miles to bring back my Corolla for service even though there are 3 or 4 dealerships closer! The store is brand new and is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership...call and ask for Mickey, he's the best! More
