Andrea responded to my internet inquiry regarding a new Highlander within 5 minutes of my post on the Continental website. 45 minutes later, I was in Andrea responded to my internet inquiry regarding a new Highlander within 5 minutes of my post on the Continental website. 45 minutes later, I was in the showroom, introduced to my salesperson Mickey, and shortly thereafter, I had a very fair deal, no haggling, no mess...just a great deal. Andrea got the ball rolling and if it weren't for her professional/polite demeanor, friendly delivery of the precise information I needed, I can say with certainty that I would not have made the drive over yesterday afternoon. She was fabulous and a tremendous asset to the dealership. Then, Mickey did a fabulous job executing the deal, including getting a very fair evaluation of my 2013 Highlander completed within record time. From top to bottom, this was a great car buying experience. It reminded me why this is the fifth car I've purchased from Continental (three Toyotas and two Jeeps). Our neighbor purchased two used Prius' and enjoyed the experience at Continental. Upon our arrival, and after meeting our internet rep, we were introduced to sales rep Mickey Cicimov. We took a very informative test drive and received a thorough explanation of the vehicle's features. After a short and painless negotiation, we purchased the vehicle! Two cups of complimentary coffee and we were on our way home. When the time comes, we'll be back! More

Easiest and best car buying experience I started my car buying search using TrueCar to get a price on the Sienna XLE build I was looking for. After I got some quotes from these other deale I started my car buying search using TrueCar to get a price on the Sienna XLE build I was looking for. After I got some quotes from these other dealers who has less than stellar reviews, I sought out other Toyota dealers with good ratings. Nicole the internet contact responded quickly to my inquiry and got a quote fairly quickly for exactly what i was looking for. Was told what it would include with no unwanted extras. Next day I went in to the dealership and Nicole introduced me Mickey, one of the salespeople. Mickey was great to work with. As the purchase price as already agreed to, Mickey helped us with the test drive of the Sienna we were purchasing and gave us an overview of all the features included. We were then handed off to Mark, who helped us with the financing. Very helpful and stress free process. From beginning to end, the purchase with Continental was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience i've ever had. I would gladly drive the 30 miles there for my next purchase rather than the poor service of the dealership around the corner. More
