Andrea responded to my internet inquiry regarding a new Highlander within 5 minutes of my post on the Continental website. 45 minutes later, I was in Andrea responded to my internet inquiry regarding a new Highlander within 5 minutes of my post on the Continental website. 45 minutes later, I was in the showroom, introduced to my salesperson Mickey, and shortly thereafter, I had a very fair deal, no haggling, no mess...just a great deal. Andrea got the ball rolling and if it weren't for her professional/polite demeanor, friendly delivery of the precise information I needed, I can say with certainty that I would not have made the drive over yesterday afternoon. She was fabulous and a tremendous asset to the dealership. Then, Mickey did a fabulous job executing the deal, including getting a very fair evaluation of my 2013 Highlander completed within record time. From top to bottom, this was a great car buying experience. It reminded me why this is the fifth car I've purchased from Continental (three Toyotas and two Jeeps).
