Everyone there goes above and beyond to help with any questions or problems we have. I've purchased more than many cars over the years from a variety of dealers but since we started doing business with Coulter, we don't even consider going anyplace else for anything else. We leased another car form them this week and the process was simple, fast and efficient. We were in the finance office for less than ten minutes having signed all the necessary paperwork electronically. It was the easiest and fasted car deal I have ever done! When it comes time to deal with this lease at the end of the lease period, I know that will be as fast and efficient as it was this week. Coulter is honest, reliable and easy to work with. I had a long list of features I wanted on this new car and they assured me that I would get exactly what I wanted even if they had to search the nation to find one. As it happened, they found the exact car at another dealership and then went and got the car while we waited. We drove home in the new car with the lease handled, the insurance transfer handled, the taxes paid and the DMV paperwork done by them for us! It was remarkable! More
