I booked the appointment at a time Miquel chose. Brought my car in on a Sunday so you guys could have it all day. Clearly, numerous people did not show up to work. A really bad experience, especially when I had planned it with your input. Once the complimentary pm’s are done, I doubt I’ll be back.
