Very nice people but they are not capable of making simple repairs. My car went in for brake work on 12/3/23. It was not finished until May 2924, 5 months later! Yes, 5 months to figure out a rattling noise was the brake pads. They replaced almost every part in the brake system before figuring it out. The service department staff treated me great and were very apologetic and that meant a lot. But 5 months to figure out brake pads were defective is way too long. More

Our radio was malfunctioning, however, Ivan installed a software update which made matters worse. The service manager is never available to assist customers so it's up to the assistant managers. One is more helpful and kinder than the other. We had the misfortune of dealing mostly with the rude, incompetent one. He allowed his mechanic to lie when he updated the system that our car was ready two days ago. My husband arrived early yesterday and surprise, it wasn't ready. Strangely, our repair order shows that the car was ready at 9:00 am. Wow! Our transmission was acting up and again the same mechanic, lied claiming that he fixed the problem. Really? Our car is acting up more than when we dropped it off in Feb. The mechanic also scratched up/damaged our door panel on the passenger side. It gets better. The radio was on backorder. No one here lifted a finger to assist us with that. We had to escalate everything to Stellantis to expedite the part. If not, our car would still be unserviced and dirty until probably July. Corporate is aware of this service department’s negligence and incompetence. No apologies can even begin to make things right. The service team is deceptive, passive-aggressive, petty, and unprofessional. Our daughter needs to buy a car soon and we have decided to take our business elsewhere. More
