Need to improve for the following reasons: 1. Miguel looked friendly initially 2. Informed Miguel not to do tire rotation due to recent purchase a new tire at a different location. Miguel still charged rotation to the highest rate. 3. Miguel promised to provide the highest promotion and available coupons. However, he did not do anything. The dealer posted different coupons, but he did not make any efforts to find them until customer pointed out. Then reluctantly applied to it. 4. The cashier left leaving the cashier office unattended for a long period of time. Later found out, this cashier went to across the street to buy drinks/breakfast making customer to wait. Then making excuses, not even apologize. 5. The attendance did not deliver the car out for a long period of time making the customer wait again, then find excuses, not even apologize. More

I don’t know about the dealership but I can tell you about Miguel from Service he was a great guy take care of me was on point I really appreciate somebody that looks after me.
