I walked into the service department and was warmly greeted by Miguel. I was 20 mins early for my appointment and the person who was scheduled to help me was not there yet. After having my car there for 5 days they finally found out the master window switch was the issue and quoted me $723 to change it. After further research I found out that switch is $30 on Amazon and takes about 10 minutes to replace. That’s called attempted robbery on there end. Also car was given back to me in worse shape then when I left it. The mirror adjuster switch was left jammed. More
