Service Department for recall work I was there to have my passenger air bag replaced because of the recall campaign. First impression of the new dealership was everything is so clean a I was there to have my passenger air bag replaced because of the recall campaign. First impression of the new dealership was everything is so clean and orderly! I was greeted by one of the service writers who was very friendly and courteous. He led me to the waiting area and asked me if I needed anything. When my Pilot was done they washed it. Who does that? My overall impression is extremely positive. Most will try to up sell you, and they didn’t, and everyone was professional and courteous. The survey wanted me to select who I worked with and I don’t recall his name from the selection below. More

We were instantly greeted and assisted by a very thorough salesperson, who work with us, lining our options up so we could easily compare and see what fit our needs. Even salespeople and managers were quick to assist while we handled the purchasing paperwork, and went out of their way to talk to our small children and make the experience a pleasant one. Very Helpful I went in for an oil change. I had a 4 wheel alignment about 4 weeks ago, and the steering wheel was off a bit. Due to the sickness and death of my mo I went in for an oil change. I had a 4 wheel alignment about 4 weeks ago, and the steering wheel was off a bit. Due to the sickness and death of my mother in law, we have been back and forth to Georgia every few days for a month. The service manager and writer were super nice. Fixed the steering wheel and completed the oil change in under an hour. More
