Found the car online in the color I wanted. Phoned + met Miguel that evening, test drove it, + decided to buy it. Brought fam members the next day to meet w/ Miguel + give their votes, then signed the paper Miguel that evening, test drove it, + decided to buy it. They seem to have established a straightforward, no nonsense model for helping people find the right vehicle for a fair and reasonable price. While other dealerships had COVID or “supply-chain” surcharges, Gladstone did not. We will certainly check in with Gladstone before going anywhere else in the future. More
