This is one of the better Kia dealerships. I always get great service until my last visit. I dropped my car off. Was given a loaner car for the day which really was a blessing. Came in for new I always get great service until my last visit. I dropped my car off. Was given a loaner car for the day which really was a blessing. Came in for new tires balance rotation and full service. Well the disappointing part is came back when they said the car was ready. They gave me my car and I drove off. Got to my destination just down the road something seemed off to me. Got out of the car looked and my tires lo and behold they are NOT the tires I purchased. I was very specific about what I wanted on my car. Called back well yep they put the wrong tires on. So I had to go back the next day. They had to order the tires. They did fix the issue. They did give me a loaner car which is very helpful. Loaner car was greatly appreciated the first car I was given was a down grade from what I own the was disappointing,the second loaner was equivalent to my car. More
