Worst buying experience. No after sale service, no follow up from my sales rep. My data was wrong entered / filled by the sales agent and had to go back after a week to re- s No after sale service, no follow up from my sales rep. My data was wrong entered / filled by the sales agent and had to go back after a week to re- sign the DMV docs. I requested my credit to be set up with VW Credit as I bought 2 VWs previously( at VW Hendrick’s) and already had an account… the sales guys was like “ oh yes, for sure” … 2 weeks after that found out the credit was set up with a bank…Had to take the car to service as the engine light went off and the infotainment system was failing, before a month and after just 1k miles... then I was given a 2 weeks appointment as they were too busy which is already a bad sign; and the day of the appointment nobody picks up the phone, they keep on hanging up the phone and transferring my call.... Worst service ever. Because they failed to fulfill what promised, a loan car for a 3 day service in a NEWcar, I cancelled the appointment after an hour on the phone and several calls. The service manager had a “couldn’t care less attitude “ the entire conversation… shameful. More

I had the most excellent experience at Lewisville Volkswagen. The salesmen and finance officers are of the utmost integrity and lead with transparency and honesty. I told them what I was looking for Volkswagen. The salesmen and finance officers are of the utmost integrity and lead with transparency and honesty. I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle and in financing, and they went above and beyond to make it happen, without the unnecessary haggling. There is no other dealership I would want to work with in the future. Miguel, in particular, made the buying experience hassle free and fun. Big thanks to everyone involved. More

Never heard of this dealership, but they had an Escalade I wanted to buy. I give 5 Stars to the salesperson, Miguel. He was really fantastic (although he didn't need "Closer Chris" to come in and throw his I wanted to buy. I give 5 Stars to the salesperson, Miguel. He was really fantastic (although he didn't need "Closer Chris" to come in and throw his weight around - I give that guy two stars - maybe one). The dealership itself needs some TLC, imo. Nicer bathrooms, quality snacks, a Keurig with an assortment of coffee/tea choices, music or better decor to make the atmosphere attractive ... all of those things would add to improve the customer experience. I guess I'm used to the newer Honda dealerships as I've purchased an Odyssey and a CRV at them and they take the customer experience to another level. The finance guy (Joe) was laid back, easy to work with, explained things well, and I give him 5 stars, too. He was the only person who made me feel like I was shopping in the 21st century. Ultimately, I was there to buy a car and got one. The customer experience wasn't bad but I've had better. More

Walked in did my application and within the 2 hours drive off the lot with a new car. Quick. Extremely helpful. Great service. The sales guy that worked with us really came through for me, having a regular c off the lot with a new car. Quick. Extremely helpful. Great service. The sales guy that worked with us really came through for me, having a regular credit score, it felt good to be helped. Suggest that sales folks need not be sitting in lobby. Our time there most were just sitting around. Just looks desperate. More
