Instead of addressing my concerns, they treated me as if my time and business didn’t matter. Communication was poor, and their overall attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Luckily, I bought my new KIA in another dealership which valued my business. More
