I wouldn't recommend online purchase. They are set up for traditional in store purchasing. Didn't know they car I was interested in wasn't even on the lot which delayed my purchase by a b They are set up for traditional in store purchasing. There appears to be some difficulty with consistent communication between departments which also slowed down my purchase. Miguel in sales was professional and easy to get ahold of. If I were to do it over again I wouldn't have purchased online/phone but instead shopped in person. More
