Sales people were helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were able to get the car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. I don’t know if I will ever get over the $5,000.00 mark-up, above sticker price, just because there is a shortage of inventory. I am 59 years old, have bought many cars, and have always paid less than the sticker price. To me this just stinks of price gouging. I needed a new car though, my Hyundai Veracruz had over 220,000 miles, and was just a little too unreliable for long trips, so, I paid the price. Because of my happiness over the years with my Hyundai, I wanted to stay with the brand. All the Hyundai and Kia dealers in the area had similar “shortage” mark-ups, so I purchased from the Weston dealership. If there was a Toyota model that I liked I would have purchased at a local Toyota dealership advertising that they are not marking up price because of shortages. I have been very happy with my new car, Weston dealership, and Mike Amini and Jaspreet Singh who guided me through the buying process. I have two daughters graduating college, one next month and one next year, who will both be needing cars. Will I recommend to them Hyundai/Kia products and Weston dealership? It all depends on how much the sting of price gouging still hurts. More

Typical dealer experience with pushy warranty sales without disclosing options and nonsensical negotiating. Offered a comically low value for trade in (sold for 4k more elsewhere) and gave some crazy s without disclosing options and nonsensical negotiating. Complete lack of transparency... only redeeming value was the price committed to for the new car was competitive compared to other dealers. More

I was prepared for an hours long agonizing negotiation, but it was so simple and straightforward. He even showed me all the taxes and fees right at the outset so there was no big surprise after negotiating the purchase price. The whole process was just so smooth and stress-free, I couldn't be happier! Jaspreet even stayed late so that my husband and I could drive back home to Hillsboro and come back in one car so we could drive the new one home right away. This is what car buying should be. More

Finance manager became aggressive and rude while trying to fill out paperwork, was told there was a warranty left on a vehicle but all of a sudden it didn’t have warranty. They didn’t want to budge on that to fill out paperwork, was told there was a warranty left on a vehicle but all of a sudden it didn’t have warranty.
