They scheduled me for a recall on my 2018 wrangler to do an ECU update. I had to miss 2 hours off of work to make it there in the morning. After I dropped off the car they called me back in 4 hours and told an ECU update. I had to miss 2 hours off of work to make it there in the morning. After I dropped off the car they called me back in 4 hours and told me that they do not have the update ready and I have to bring the car back later!! When they were bribing my car to me, the guy that was driving it stalled my Jeep 4 times in 10 feet distance .... my Jeep only has 9k miles on it. When I complained to the manager(Hector), he said they guy is learning how to drive a stick shift !!! Do they have to learn that with customers cars ? Shouldn’t they get trained before they get hired ? Very horrible service and amateur employees More
