Drop-off experience was horrible. Always dealing with an attitude in service or multiple salesman approaching me to upgrade my current car or buy a new one. The tire pressure light on dashboard was still on after service with no feedback or warning about my concern. I had to return the next day in which a service agent simply added air, again, not fully inspec service with no feedback or warning about my concern. Turns out there was a nail in my tire which caused a full flat in the middle of the road two days later. Their sloppy work is hazardous and could’ve severely caused harm to my vehicle. More
