USED CAR After purchasing 2018 Cooper countryman JCW, and driving the car 6.5 hours back to Phoenix, we noticed a massive oil leak, brought the car to our loca After purchasing 2018 Cooper countryman JCW, and driving the car 6.5 hours back to Phoenix, we noticed a massive oil leak, brought the car to our local Mini dealership and found that the oil drain plug had been stripped out and the car required a new oil pan in order to make it drivable. After speaking to Jonathan, (Used car Manager) and then Mike (service Director) they assured me that they would make it right, which they did. we got the repair done and was promptly taken care of, something that could have wound up in a bad way, only cost us a week of not driving. These 2 gentlemen went above to take care of the problem. Thanks again. More

Bad service and lack of communication. I had appointment at 730am and they didn’t open my Jeep up until the end of the day. I requested tires have air and wash vehicle and NONE of it was done! They talk the talk but real lack of management. I still have to get my Jeep repaired such a waste of time More

Unfortunately I just had a service and oil change and I need to call you back as I’m finding oil spots under my car since the service And also smells like oil burning when I drive .
