I had an unsatisfactory appointment at the Service center, but Mike got in touch with me directly and was able to help me out. Started out bad, but ended up good. I’m not sure if I’d recommend the sho center, but Mike got in touch with me directly and was able to help me out. Started out bad, but ended up good. Horrible wait time, no care for attending or greeting customers, very disappointed!! I brought both my cars and was asked by two different people to see two other people. Then the person I needed to se customers, very disappointed!! I brought both my cars and was asked by two different people to see two other people. Then the person I needed to see left and didn’t come back knowing I was waiting so I ended up just getting one car serviced even though I had two appointments. When I got a call stating the first car was ready I had to wait an additional 30+min outside before my vehicle was available for me. Very very poor service!!! This is the third and last time this has happened to me. Not coming back. What’s sad is the place wasn’t even busy, four other service employees sitting behind desks doing nothing. More

"Backed Up" "1 1/2 to 2 hours tops" I was told to do the oil change. 4 hours of sitting in the lobby with absolutely awful music blasting was torture. They also "1 1/2 to 2 hours tops" I was told to do the oil change. 4 hours of sitting in the lobby with absolutely awful music blasting was torture. They also did a "check" on various things such as fluids. Got home, went to add washer fluid and saw that the coolant level is below minimum and yet they checked everything off as good, so obviously didn't "check" anything. What a joke. More

Mike was communicated well at first, gave me his cell number. The repair for my car was completed on a Friday but I didn’t learn about that until I called the office to inquire on the following Monday, 3 number.
