The service center is a joke. It’s virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. When I finally did, tried to grossly overcharge me. I passed. I found a mechanic who knows how to answer his phone, is in to get anyone on the phone. When I finally did, tried to grossly overcharge me. I passed. I spent several hours waiting for an oil change. After letting my emergency flasher on for the first 3 1/2 hours my car would not start. They had me captive so I had to buy a battery to get done. I came to this dealership because I was not happy with the care of the other local dealership. Did not realize it could be worse instead of better. More

Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in servic Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in service for several days, I wouldn't get a call back even after calling 2x a day asking for an update - if you take your car in and they don't see an issue, they won't make a record of your service issue unless you pay them their diagnostic fee - I have a van that has a common v6 penstar engine, which has a ticking noise The technician denied it was an issue until I did my own research and told them that it was a common issue - Then they wanted to charge me $3600 to repair something that is a common issue and something that could have been fixed under warranty - They never took responsibility and have been giving me the run around with my car in the shop for more than 2 weeks - Chrysler/Jeep and Dodge don't care about you, they will be happy to sell you a car but once it comes to service GOOD LUCK More

Overall, the employees were somewhat knowledgeable and were helpful. As far as being organized, not. My time was wasted in many ways.
