Below Avg Everytime I have an appointment it is a minimum of a 30 minute wait. It defeats the purpose of the appointment. It feels like they do just enough not to get a complaint, but wwould never go above or beyond to wow a client. A couple of times they couldn't figure out well documented problems with my vehicle so I took it elsewhere. More

Very honest. Easy to work with. Great customer service. I brought my car in for new breaks. A guy at Big-O tires said that I nedded them. The service department was honest and let me know that I did not nee I brought my car in for new breaks. A guy at Big-O tires said that I nedded them. The service department was honest and let me know that I did not need brakes. My original service person went home before I could pick up my car, and when I got there a new service person helped me. I was quite satisfied. So happy for the honesty. More
