I had scheduled drop-off date, but my truck sat for 9 days. They finally diagnosed it on the 8th day and found nothing. Scheduled appointments should be made closer to the diagnostic date. Apart from tha days. They finally diagnosed it on the 8th day and found nothing. Scheduled appointments should be made closer to the diagnostic date. Apart from that my truck was damaged, but unfortunately I didn't notice it until I washed it the next day. Now it's too late to report it. Always take pictures of your vehicle before, and never leave without completely checking your vehicle for damages. Lastly, the service agents need to be more professional. I had to call for updates, and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. I will never service my truck at this dealer again. More

It been a long 4-5 year journey with my wife's car and a repeat issue with struts and shocks (4 times for this and still installed incorrectly and making noise) as well as other issues not properly fixed. Y repeat issue with struts and shocks (4 times for this and still installed incorrectly and making noise) as well as other issues not properly fixed. You rely on dealerships to make your car whole again, more than a mechanic would that doesn't "deal" in your specific car(s). This, unfortunately, has not been the case. Waiting 2 weeks with your car in a lot (tracked by GPS), because a radio won't get reception (after being replaced with a new radio for a bad Bluetooth only), is unacceptable. Tell the customer to being it home until you have time to investigate it... when you have a 1 and 3 year old, every car counts. Warranty service os always a $100 deductible and only covers 5 days of an economy, bare minimum rental. Someone in charge of the service department needs to get better at organization, prioritizing repairs on the lot, or simply fired. DODGE/CHRYSLER/JEEP/RAM needs to give this location a demerit and watch their progress. Unacceptable. Front office is nice, Benny is great, no idea who the service team is that they just shrug their shoulders about every time they fall short for us. Always suppose to be a carwash... maybe had 1 out of the dozen times it's been there... and that's because I complained I never got it. More
