Waiting a week for this place to even look at your car is absolutely unacceptable. Being open on Saturdays doesn't do any good if you're not even going to look at the car for the till the following friday. T absolutely unacceptable. The past two times I was hear I asked for additional quotes for additional services. Both times I did not get them. Last year I was told I needed a new motor mount at 52,000 miles and I replaced them b quotes for additional services. Both times I did not get them. A week later I had my mechanic friend look under my Jeep and the rear shock was blown and leaking. They never mentioned the leaking oil from my shock. I would think they would have noticed that when they notice the engine mount. More

So called diagnosis was not done. Car was returned dirty and problem not fixed. Dirty means disgusting glue on my driver door, trash in passenger side and my dashcam was ripped out. I was floored by the time frame of 4-6 weeks for my Plug-in Hybrid Pacifica. They worked hard to take care of it in less time and called to keep me informed of progress.
