Normally this isn’t a big issue thing - but in the service industry attention to promises matters. Overall satisfied, room for improvement.

I took my car in to get serviced, and let them know what

I was charged $195 for a diagnosis, even though I knew what was wrong and then told that I had to leave my car to be serviced for a few days until after the holidays if I wanted my brakes to be fixed. I don’t have multiple cards and this did not work for me, I just paid the unnecessary diagnosis fee and proceeded to leave and then discovered that my phone holder had been broken. At this point I had already been charged, waited for their diagnosis, and was always disappointed with how I was not going to get my car fixed that day, just to get in my car and see that my property wasn’t even respected. I’ll never go back, I will eat the $195 I spent and take my business somewhere else, especially since my car is still under warranty. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dodger dealership.
