Well, for starters it would be nice if they explained things to you when you book the appointment like that it might take 2 to 3 days for diagnostics. Or that they plan on charging $220. Benny was very efficient, but I had to wait 30 minutes for service department to bring the car to me and that was after I had to wander around to the service dept to ask where it was. Dealership couldn’t get the parts needed. I had to go find them myself. $1500 for the part, $3000 labor and it didn’t fix the problem.
