He kept telling me it was the radiator that was the problem and then I said “the radiator doesn’t affect the ai My service advisor was dumb as dirt. He kept telling me it was the radiator that was the problem and then I said “the radiator doesn’t affect the air conditioning” and then after the third loop of that he said “oh wait. I meant it’s the condenser.” “Sorry about that”. So how much weed he was smoking? I don’t know. But communication was not his forte. Additionally, It took two visits to fix an air conditioning problem. $1700 later hopefully it’s fixed. I may seriously never come back here because of this last service visit. Did I mention that I’ve been waiting 2 years for the jeep leather dash recall replacement? We’ll now I did. That isn’t the dealers fault but it does speak to the quality of the keep grand Cherokee in general. A six year old keep grand Cherokee has had a recall of the dash leather. A complete fix of the engine cooling system. And a complete fix of the internal air conditioning system. Only 75000 miles. More
