ARE Topper bought through Tenvoorde Leaked - Issue Resolved I bought a 2017 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew from Tenvoorde Ford in August 2017. I also purchased other accessories, including an ARE topper, through them I bought a 2017 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew from Tenvoorde Ford in August 2017. I also purchased other accessories, including an ARE topper, through them and the topper was installed a month later. Chris, who is now in charge of accessories, etc., was not the one who sold the accessories to me, but he was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved. Because of the shape/design of the F150 and the topper, I was getting an inordinate amount of moisture (rain and snow) in the back of the truck which resulted in whatever was in the back of the truck under the topper getting very wet.. Chris contacted Nick, who installs the toppers for Tenvoorde to make him aware of the problem. Chris offered to install a seal kit at no cost to me. What stood out to me was that Chris knew it was an issue with the design of the topper and the truck, but said that he works for Tenvoorde Ford and because of the issues I was having he felt it necessary to make things right. That was Customer Service at it's highest level! Thank You Chris! More

Not the most prepared I had set up an appointment for some service work 10 ahead of time, when I showed up I was asked by the guy who set up my appointment if I had an appo I had set up an appointment for some service work 10 ahead of time, when I showed up I was asked by the guy who set up my appointment if I had an appointment......... So he typed away on his computer and went to the back room came back and let me know my parts weren’t there..... It was a 120 mile round trip day of nothing but he did offer me a car wash for my time...... I left work for this appointment so I wasn’t too happy. Set up another appointment for the following week at 9:30 in the morning. Brought my truck all the way back up there and was told it would be done in less then 4 hours. Went back around 2 and was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours. Soooo left to go eat and got a call a half hour later and was asked if I could leave it there over the weekend and they would finish it on Monday. Not much choice since the problem needed to get resolved. Sooooo another 120 mile round trip AGAIN!!! So yeah I guess my truck is fixed and that’s nice however you all didn’t seem to care much about my time and I don’t care for that much for that. Your service department seemed to be very unprepared and hearing one of your service reps yapping on the phone about how he was sick of people complaining was interesting when you don’t seem to care about my time why would you care about other people’s time. Not really impressed. And this was for warranty recall work for the record. More

Service Mike was very thorough. I brought it in for re-call maintenance and some warranty work. They had my truck done when they said it would be done. They Mike was very thorough. Great service as always, service dept. kept me up to date!! I have worked before with Mike Asperheim, he's the greatest, kept me up to date on what was happening with my car, first class service!!
