Excellent today, both Brian and Mike listened to my criticisms of the service I have received since the Spring of '21. I have had excellent service since 2016 but not so since Spring of '21. I have had 3 major issues on 3 different occasions. Brian and Mike listened and were very helpful. I have hopes that things will be excellent like before. I have purchased 2 cars there not because the deals were that good but because of the reputation os the service dept, and my experiences sine 2016up to Spring of '21. I had thought of going somewhere else but these 2 men have restored to a good degree my faith in the service dept. More
