Excellent today, both Brian and Mike listened to my criticisms of the service I have received since the Spring of '21. I have had excellent service since 2016 but not so since Spring of '21. I have had criticisms of the service I have received since the Spring of '21. I have had excellent service since 2016 but not so since Spring of '21. I have had 3 major issues on 3 different occasions. Brian and Mike listened and were very helpful. I have hopes that things will be excellent like before. I have purchased 2 cars there not because the deals were that good but because of the reputation os the service dept, and my experiences sine 2016up to Spring of '21. I had thought of going somewhere else but these 2 men have restored to a good degree my faith in the service dept. More

Arlington Heights Buick GMCAfter a good used car Arlington Heights Buick GMC After a good used car purchasing experience with sales and finance, we had a service issue with engine warning lights o Arlington Heights Buick GMC After a good used car purchasing experience with sales and finance, we had a service issue with engine warning lights on day one of ownership. The car was returned to the service department, and over a two week period of repair trials going back and forth to the service department, the car was finally repaired where we could start driving it. Because we feel the dealership should have been able to find and handle this issue before selling the car and/or on the first service visit, it was a frustrating couple of weeks! However, in the end, everyone at the dealership treated us respectfully and worked hard with corporate GMC to eventually get the car repaired to the level we expected. More
