The car was returned to the service department, and over a two week period of repair trials going back and forth to the service department, the car was finally repaired where we could start driving it. Because we feel the dealership should have been able to find and handle this issue before selling the car and/or on the first service visit, it was a frustrating couple of weeks! However, in the end, everyone at the dealership treated us respectfully and worked hard with corporate GMC to eventually get the car repaired to the level we expected. More
