Great Buying Experience I just purchased my brand new Wrangler from Gurnee Dodge / Jeep and can not say enough about the service. I had had an issue in the service department I just purchased my brand new Wrangler from Gurnee Dodge / Jeep and can not say enough about the service. I had had an issue in the service department with my old vehicle. But it was during the transition in ownership and the new group came in and took care of me with that issue, another issue for an out of town guest, and now my brand new Wrangler. The way they handled the issue made me want to come back to them first when shopping for my new car and I am very glad I did. With a ton of help from Ernie Lopez and Mandy Martin along with an assist from Mike Ballard I found the absolute perfect new car for me. I am beyond excited and very grateful for all of their help! More

Helpful, highly intelligent, kind, professional! Mike made it possible for us to drive away with a new vehicle!
