The dreaded 8 hours at the car dealership was non existent! 4 hours TOTAL on my 3 trips to the dealership (to "window shop", to test drive, to pick up)! I returned a week later for my tints and that process was seamless. This was my first Lexus purchase and this experience felt like luxury. Kudos to the entire team! More

The old bait and switch. They promised me one vehicle with all the features I requested and in the end they delivered a lesser vehicle without those features. It was so burie They promised me one vehicle with all the features I requested and in the end they delivered a lesser vehicle without those features. It was so buried in the paperwork there was no way to fully know just what I was getting and I didn't insist on them spelling it all out. The end result I am paying for a new car without what I wanted on it and pretty much stuck with it. They will now own up to their mistake and basically told me to pound sand. More
