Mike is an awesome salesman, keeps me updated with the car, and works with us throughout the process. Everything went smoothly until I went to sign paperwork with Mukesh, he is so hustled that even though car, and works with us throughout the process. Everything went smoothly until I went to sign paperwork with Mukesh, he is so hustled that even though we said no to the warranty he is still insisting on asking why we were not seeing this as a good deal, from my interpretation the way he asks like we are stupid not to see this as a good deal, even when I told him Toyota is not gonna break down in 8 years like that and his response was "Good luck", I have this conversation with Elgin Toyota and I told them the same thing and their respond was "you're right". I helped my family went through this process at least 4 times with Elgin Toyota and never felt disrespected like that. I should've left one star on this review but Mike was nice to us so I keep it at 3 stars. More
