We leased a new Camry and a Rav4 yesterday and while we were waiting in the Fantastic lounge, Mike was outside changing license plates, bring the cars around to have them detailed, and making sure all of your personal belongings like the garage door opener and I-PASS were not forgotten. The entire transaction was handled professionally throughout and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. It is a bonus that there is a nice waiting area where our children were entertained by a kid-friendly TV, computers and free wi-fi for their devices. It was also nice to have coffee and water available to us during the process. We have worked with Tim O'Connell in the past and have had a great experience as well.
