I have purchased Vehicles from Mike Burg in the past and have always felt I received a very fair price, not to mention the superior quality of service they provide. The buying experience was great (somethin have always felt I received a very fair price, not to mention the superior quality of service they provide. The buying experience was great (something I have grown to dislike over the years). Mike was not there the day I stopped, so I was referred to Brett and he did such a great job in showing me the two vehicles I wanted to see. It was a rather cold day, so he brought them inside to go over the features etc. I had them giving me all of the information and what vehicles where available with the features I wanted and at a price that was reasonable. Well after making my decision we found out the vehicle I wanted was sold, so once again they where going above and beyond to make the sale..well within an hour they had exactly what I wanted located and the deal was made!! We picked up the vehicle today and again the quality of service and the time spent going over every detail of the car was fantastic to say the least. All of the paperwork was ready and we where on our way with a fabulous new vehicle...Thanks Guys (and Nancy) Sandi More

I drove into the lot needing a new mini-van. Parker Winterhack met me in the lot introduced himself and just said, "if there is anything you need, let me know." No pressure, honest, customer focus relationship right off the bat. The product brought me to the dealership but the people (Parker was my salesmen) will keep me. Mike Berg was also very helpful. It's not easy writing a check for so much money but the Holiday Chrysler Jeep... group made it pleasureable. What is nice it didn't end once the sale was done they (Parker) have been consistent even after the sale. This culture is probably driven from the top on down and any variation to that is not acceptable. The price also was a big factor. I was able to get more vehicle for the less money than the competition. I checked other Town and Country owners and they were impressed with the quality level, which made the decision easier. They didn't have exactly the truck we were looking for BUT by that afternoon Elizabeth gave us a call and said come on over we have something you might be interested in...that night we were driving away in a brand new Dodge Ram 1500. We weren't even looking for a brand new truck. The truck was right for us and so was the price. The customer service was FABULOUS! And not only did we get a truck we made some new friends too! More
