Very happy with my salesman, Mike, but after that the administrative part of my experience was a total disaster! Even after explaining the process of registering our new vehicle in Oregon as we were out administrative part of my experience was a total disaster! Even after explaining the process of registering our new vehicle in Oregon as we were out of state buyers, it was totally ignored and created a nightmare to even try and license the vehicle let alone get the title in Oregon. They titled it in Washington and now we have to start the process all over again after Washington issues the title there! More than a little frustrating after telling them the proper way to do it. Not to mention an additional expense to us. 🤬 More
