I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this became complicated. He had to check with Sales Manager. It was a $2,000 difference in price for a new Chevy Cruze. I was told it was a mistake with the GM site not being updated with new sale. It took several days to work out. I ended feeling that Elkins was giving the best deal that they could and at least I had brought this issue to light so others didn't have to have this experience. The web site needs to be current including Shop, Click, Drive to increase Trust and Sales. More

I have worked with my salesman, Tony Dillard, who listens to exactly what I had in mind, and did not show me any vehicles that were beyond my price range. He was very available to go over options on the phone before coming in, and had just the right car in mind for me, which I love!!! When it came time to the paperwork, Elkins could not make things any easier. They contacted my insurance company, got my registration done, and will call me when the tags are ready. They also have a wonderful IT wiz, Mike, who got my cell phone all connected to the hands free system and also went over the latest Chevy features, as well as told me to call or stop in anytime I need help with any of it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is nervous about a car purchase. They will take very good care of you here!!!! (see Tony Dillard!) More

Bill is incredibly knowledgeable regarding electric vehicles and hybrids, and patiently explained the ins-and-outs of those cars. He also was beyond understanding with me, as this was my first car purchase in over 17 years. I would definitely work with him again. Mike gave me a highly detailed tutorial of the various features on the Bolt, answering every question I had with enthusiasm. Lisa and Bob also were incredibly friendly and courteous.
