Jacks Tahoe I had a Tahoe selected and on "Hold" in a dealership which was very helpful, yet I was not excited with my selection. It was suggested that I visit C I had a Tahoe selected and on "Hold" in a dealership which was very helpful, yet I was not excited with my selection. It was suggested that I visit Criswell Auto in Thurmont; not too far from north of Frederick. As I arrived, I was hesitant but was informed that Criswell had a nice selection of Tahoe's on the lot. Mike Boyce greeted us, showed us a number of vehicles and offered for us to test drive one which met my needs. We found exactly the vehicle I wanted, with the must-have luxury appointments I had to have thanks to Mike. Mike Boyce is very knowledgeable, a great listener, made me feel comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. I am glad I visited Criswell, I had reached the point prior to visiting that I would simply wait a few months as I was not pleased with the Tahoe I had selected elsewhere. Home Town Dealership Experience Even though the dealership was going through a remodel of their facilities it was a smooth experience. We had found the vehicle at first on their web Even though the dealership was going through a remodel of their facilities it was a smooth experience. We had found the vehicle at first on their website and contacted them online with a next day response. From there it was a no pressure, stop on in, and leaving with a new car at a good price evening. The salesman Mike and the finance guy, Rob were 2 guys in there 30s that know their job but do not try and push you. For us it was a short drive getting there and the fact Thurmont is a neighboring zip code makes it nice to know future service visits will have a home town feel to it. Thanks D & D Woodsboro, MD. They showed us vehicles in our price range and didn't try to sell us or waste our time showing us vehicles that were not a good fit for us. We found our new vehicle quickly, Mike discussed the history of the vehicle with us and, once we decided on it, Jesse walked us through multiple financing options to find the right one for us. I couldn't be happier with our purchase and with the dealership we finally purchased from. After walking out of other dealerships because they were wasting our time going back and forth with their manager, getting all of our finace information before we even found a vehicle that met our needs and just being unprofessional, it was wonderful to find Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont, Mike and Jesse!
