We did our due diligence. We went to Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Subaru dealers. When we settled on ford we went to four other ford dealerships. Here’s what we loved about Apple: 1. Environment - great people with great attitudes. 2. Cleanliness - everything was always nice and clean! Nothing was broken and outdated - it definitely looks like the owners put money back into their people and their facility. 3. No mind games - I didn’t once feel like anyone was trying to mess with our heads or decision process. It was just a regular sales thing! 4. Competitive - they matched another dealer’s certified offer on my trade in. Best price for the vehicle we wanted!! 5. Kid friendly - they’ve even got a small kid play area. 6. Great rewards program to keep us coming back for life!!! Steve and Mike helped us get the perfect car, Lindsey helped us outfit it just how we wanted, and Mike T helped us with finance. Everyone was great from start to finish and we will be doing business with them for a long time. BTW - they managed to turn preciously loyal GM owners to Ford owners when GM turned their backs on us. We don’t regret the decision at all, though having a blended family with our Chevy Truck and Ford Explorer makes for interesting conversation! More

Awful Customer Service and Respect for Time I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to purchase. I had the stock number and VIN written down. I test drove the car and really liked it. It took about 45 minutes to negotiate with the salesman to get it to the price I wanted. Then I waited over 5 and 1/2 hours for the Finance Manager to process me. It was ridiculous. I sat waiting for hours after I had already made my intentions clear. I love my Ford but I would highly recommend going to any other local dealer, unless you want to waste your entire day. I will never buy a car from Apple Ford or any Apple dealer again, it was a big waste of time. They also never offered any drink or snacks, which if you go to other dealers is common practice. When I asked for water after sitting for a few hours they looked at me dazed and confused and they said they would "find something." They came back with tap water in a plastic cup. More

They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from the bank that my loan was for over 20k when it should of been 17k like I was told by the dealer. They put the warranty in very small print and do not tell you they added it and do not tell you what it includes. They also would rather not sell you the car if you do catch the warranty they sneak in. Better of going to a different dealer then these xxxx bags More

Extremely knowledgable and personable salesman - Mike B. I know I was ready for a new car. I just wasn't sure which one. Luckily, I wound up with Mike B. He is an extremely bright young man who knows cars I know I was ready for a new car. I just wasn't sure which one. Luckily, I wound up with Mike B. He is an extremely bright young man who knows cars and loves helping people find the right car for themselves. I can sometimes be critical or disappointed when I'm plopping down money. Not this time. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel talked down to. I felt taken care of by a gentle man who loves what he is doing. And, I love my new car. More
