The process took very long- 5 1/2 hours, I waited for 45 minutes before I was able to meet with the finance department, then felt pressured to buy extended warranty. Also felt insulted when I asked if there minutes before I was able to meet with the finance department, then felt pressured to buy extended warranty. Also felt insulted when I asked if there was any negotiating room on the price of the vehicle I purchased. Wipers had to be replaced and gas was 1/4 full. Other dealers I've used include a full tank or a gas card. More
