To avoid this I use the internet, widen my search area and am willing to travel to get what I want even though I live just north of the Motor City. I located Lenz Truck Center while doing my research to purchase a F250, I looked at a lot of trucks all across the country and kept coming back to the ones I had tagged from them. Not only was the selection the best but I put a lot of weight on the online reviews of the dealers. Lenz had the best reviews of all of them and it was even hard to find a negative one, come to think of it I don't think I found a single one. I decided to give them a call and get some of my questions answered and it got even better. Mike Buhler answered all my questions even sent me a few more pictures of the truck I was most interested in. Mike was never pushy and let me move at my own pace. After making my decision to purchase the truck we closed the deal and he set me up with Dave Reilly in finance who got me great rate for my loan. The deal could not have gone smoother! I notice a couple small things not working properly on my drive back to Michigan and gave Mike a call, he put me in touch with Dave Bergin in service who set me up at a local dealership back home, who fixed both problems and it didn't cost me a dime! What a great dealer, it's so refreshing to deal with such a great upstanding dealership, they are everything that a truck dealer should be and more! They have changed my thoughts on the whole vehicle purchasing process and when it's time to purchase again I will be back. More

We, a young couple of only 22 years old, took the hour and half drive to the infamous Lenz Truck after looking at their website countless times. We honestly didn't think that we would drive away in a new truck considering we didn't even have 2 hours before we had to leave for home and being of our tender age, we were unsure if the financing was even possible. We came with the hopes of getting some sort of estimate on our vehicle for trade-in value and possible options but we left with so much more than that with the help of Mike! We couldn't have asked for a better salesman and are forever grateful for all of his assistance in making it TOTALLY HASSLE-FREE!!! He's a great guy who offered us great advice and helped us drive away in the truck we had dreamed of! It was unreal! He was able to get us more money for our trade-in that we could've ever expected, helping us with our financing tremendously! We are now an even happier couple as we ride in our beautiful black F150 and continue to discover all that it has to offer. I am a small business owner and I have purchased 11 trucks in the last ten years. I was prepared for the typical lies and deceit associated when buying a truck from a dealer. Mike was to the point. It was a 90 mile drive so I told him the time I would arrive and he had the vehicle inside and ready to test drive. I wrote down a few stock numbers and went to the dealership. the salesman was very friendly and helpful and bought out all the trucks I was interested in and let me decide if I wanted them. there price was way below any other dealer I had been too he answered all my questions and gave me a great deal for my old one. was in and out in a few hours with out any pressure to buy or not. More

After experiencing a negative situation here in NJ, I phoned Lenz Truck Center one night and Mike Buhler called me back from home at 10:30 (my time) at night. He was honest, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I ended up flying out from NYC to Wisconsin the next morning and Met up with Mike. He's a heck of a solid, truthful guy, very hard to find such a person and such a dealership In this industry. I got a great deal on the best truck I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend Mike and Lenz to anyone, it was worth the trip. Probably the last honest auto dealer around. More

The truck was priced as advertised, in the immaculate condition as advertised, and with three quick signatures, I was out the door. Mike recommended a great local hotel and furnished a gift card for the Fleet Farm next door. And when I mentioned in passing on my way out that I had forgotten my gloves, he brought a pair out to me, WOW - what customer service! Thank you Mike at Lenz Truck for this easy and refreshing experience buying a truck. When it's time for another, I'll make the trip! More

I traveled 335 miles from Spring Lake, MI to purchase a used truck that I has only seen on their wed site; very scary! Mike Buhler was in early and let me in and let me use his phone and assisted me in finding the right location to drop off the vehicle. Sam Pegram picked me up from the car rental location and brought me back to the dealership, brought my truck in for my inspection answering all of my questions and then processed my paper work along with Vanessa who was very friendly, making sure I had a fresh cup of coffee! Nik, the finance guy had me in and out in no time even with a glitch with the check my credit union sent me over with. (No, it didn't bounce) I was on my way with a $25.00 fuel card and huge sigh of relief. The used vehicle was clean and in very good shape for a used truck. The usual cosmetic blemishes were minimal. The truck runs great, the customer service was awesome and the price was very reasonable as compared with other dealerships I was considering. A drive to Lenz Auto is well worth it. Even if I had decided not to go with my original choice, I am confident I would have found another vehicle as they have a tremendous selection to choose from. Thanks again to the staff! More
