Worst experience at a dealership ever I have owned over 25 vehicles so far all purchased from dealerships and this was BY FAR the worst experience ever! After paying over $40,000 for a tru I have owned over 25 vehicles so far all purchased from dealerships and this was BY FAR the worst experience ever! After paying over $40,000 for a truck, I had several issues to say the least. After contacting my salesman, I was told he would call me back. That was over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the call. I ended up taking my new truck to the dealership down by me the next day after purchasing it only to have it gone for 5 days while they fixed several issues with it. And my local dealership told me it came from Canada and was a "dealer buyback" vehicle which was NEVER mentioned to me. The truck also had scratches that I was told they would fix, but after 3 phone calls and voicemails, no one has called back to schedule the apt to fix them. These are just a few issues. I never write these reviews, but my experience was so horrible, I had to write this one. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! More
