He took my info, sent me an email to sign and within 20 minutes of him receiving my reply I was approved! Mike Buhler Will Go Above and Beyond This has been one of the best buying experiences that I've had when purchasing a vehicle. We were interested in a Wrangler we saw on the Lenz website This has been one of the best buying experiences that I've had when purchasing a vehicle. We were interested in a Wrangler we saw on the Lenz website and called the dealership at 5:00pm on a Saturday (even though they closed at 3:00pm that day). Mike answered the phone call, confirmed that the Jeep was still on the lot and offered to let us come in and take a look at it. Even though we told Mike that we wouldn't be able to be there until 6:00pm, he said it was no problem and would be more than willing to stick around. Having had an experience at another dealership where we showed up 10 minutes after they closed and were told "they have lives" and we should come back another day, Mike had my sale then and there. We arrived at Lenz a little after 6:00 to find the Jeep in front of the office waiting for us. Mike let my wife and I take the Jeep for a test drive and I could not have been more impressed with the vehicle (it was everything we were looking for and more). Mike helped us get the car of our dreams, going above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. More

We showed up a few days later within 2 hours we were out the door. Small town, down home, just good people. Will be back when the need arises great people, low pressure, very accommodating. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for i My wife and I worked with Salesman Mike Buhler. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a truck, even though it was literally 15 minutes from closing time. There was no over the shoulder sales pressure and we were encouraged to take the truck for a nice long drive, in different road conditions to get to know the vehicle. As far as vehicle selection, their inventory is by far the largest for miles around. The particular truck I ended up purchasing was the only one within a 100 mile radius that had the options I was looking for, including the big 6.2 gas engine. My wife and I researched and price shopped several other dealerships as well as online, and the 2015 GMC Sierra SLT I ended up purchasing was priced very, very competitively. I also received more trade in value for my old truck than I would have ever expected. Overall, we had a great buying experience at Lenz Truck. It was low pressure, highly professional and most of all a comfortable buying experience. We left Lenz feeling we received a great deal all around, with a vehicle that took weeks to find. I almost settled for a truck that wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I'm very happy we took the time to drive down to Fond du lac, and buy exactly what we wanted, and all the while having such a positive experience was a bonus. I would highly recommend anyone to Lenz Truck & Salesman Mike Buhler for their next purchase. More

Well worth the drive, amazing dealership! Just stopped in yesterday looking to test drive a couple trucks, we didn't think we were going to be going home with one that day. We had a couple in mind from looking at their website inventory. They took the numbers and brought them up to the front door right away. Their no pressure sales experience was the best I've ever had in a dealership. Mike and Dave were down to earth and VERY present to deal with. They had us laughing on numerous occasions. They gave us a really good trade-in value for our old truck and had reasonable sticker prices on their vehicles. We left that day with a Toyota Tundra. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and to anyone reading this review. *on a side note you might want to clean out your truck in coming here just incase you leave with a great deal. I give thanks to the dealership (and also plenty of "I'm sorrys") for taking ours with hay scattered in the back and dog hair all over the back seat! More
