Great for servicing my car, great people. Just totally "disgusted" because I was sent a card in the mail telling me my car needed service, and was then told by )Mike (the guy that checked me Just totally "disgusted" because I was sent a card in the mail telling me my car needed service, and was then told by )Mike (the guy that checked me in and out) that the discount - in my case would have been $20 off for spending over $100- was "no good on oil changes and tire rotation" (plus I had an additive put in). I call oil changes and tire rotation service! Nowhere on the card did it mention specific servicing or state that maintenance of that kind was not applicable. Poor advertising, but I appreciate Sawyer Chevrolet overall for sure. More

I drive from Rhinebeck to Catskill Sawyer Chevrolet because this dealership has great employees that know their craft. I had a headlight blow on my vehicle so i contacted Sawyer Chevrolet. I talked to Brianna and explained what had happened, she stated she would call me right back. Well about 10 minutes later she cal Sawyer Chevrolet. I talked to Brianna and explained what had happened, she stated she would call me right back. Well about 10 minutes later she called and said come on over and we will get it done for you, this was at the end of the day around 5:15pm. The kicker is that my 2014 Chevy Silverado passenger side headlight fix takes about 45 min! You have to remove all kinds of stuff just to get to the interior of the headlight housing and get to the blown bulb. I believe most other service departments would have said," we can possibly get you in next Tuesday" or something like that. Now thats service! Big shout out to Dave, Brianna, Brittany and Mike for taking care of business and also the hardworking mechanics they have at their dealership. It's a great team effort for sure. They had my truck for over a month and I had to call GM corporate to get it back. Dealership had to take apart the interior of my truck to fix it and when put back together they didn't do it correctly. Cl corporate to get it back. Dealership had to take apart the interior of my truck to fix it and when put back together they didn't do it correctly. Clips of pieces of the interior are broken. Foot piece holding the carpet down is just sitting on the floor. Random broken clip sitting in the center console. On top of new scratches on my driver's door somehow the brand new box of ratchet straps I had are gone! They pressure tested my coolant system and my water pump went at 50 thousand miles. Advisor acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me to replace it. It was under warranty. I am absolutely disgusted with the whole ordeal and would not trust the service department to put air in my tire with messing it up. More
